How is IQF fruit made?
Fruit used for our IQF range are carefully selected according to strict quality criteria to ensure optimal flavours, visual aspect and regulariy. The fruit is picked at optimum ripeness to ensure maximum quality, then packed in Sicoly facilities in Saint-Laurent d’Agny following an ultra-fast process at controlled temperature in order to guarantee optimum quality for IQF fruit.

The SICOLY cooperative was created in 1962 with the union of a group of producers in order to promote their fruit on the French domestic market. Today it produces and harvests 10,000 tons of high-quality produce annually on 570 hectares of orchards through fruit- and environment-friendly techniques, practicing sustainable and responsible agriculture.
