This is a 100% freeze-dried fresh truffle, obtained by physical extraction of all the water present in the fresh truffle, without any additives or chemical process. Thanks to this technique, the White Truffle of Alba can be enjoyed even out of season and consumed all year round, keeping intact those characteristics that have made it famous all over the world.
Serve the dehydrated white truffle at the end of preparation as you would for fresh truffle. To best savor the unique flavor of the truffle, crumble it on the hot dish and wait 2-3 minutes so that the moisture of the dish can release the aroma and taste. You can try it on any kind of pasta, especially with egg pasta whipped with butter, oil or cheese, with risottos, soups, cheese fondues, eggs, potatoes.
