It all began in Saint-Étienne, where Eugène discovered the Art of Praline and Chocolate Blending, making his way into the artisanal chocolate business. The birth of chocolate with the highest percentage of cocoa marks a new era: Ébène 72% becomes the best-selling product.
Since then, Weiss has paid attention to the selection of raw materials and to choosing ingredients with a positive and responsible environmental and social impact, for healthy ingredients and to fight deforestation.

Pariani is an Italian family business that began its activity in 2010 with the production of a Hazelnut Oil made exclusively with Piedmont Hazelnuts. In the following years the catalog was completed with a wide range of spreadable creams made with the best Made in Italy ingredients.
The Piedmont Hazelnut is grown in Cortemilia, in the heart of the Langhe, the Green Pistachio in Bronte, the almond comes from Noto, the pine nut from Pisa and the Lara walnut from Veneto.
